Very changeable conditions today with signals fading in and out.

5720: Orion Radio with oldies, mentioning Summer Meeting 2007 @ 0850. SINPO 44433.

5965: European Music Radio via Juelich, Germany heard @ 1350 with the Mailbox programme in English. Signed off at 1400 to be followed on the frequency by Radio Traumland in German. EMR's email address is studio @ emr.org.uk SINPO 55544.

6216: King Shortwave (tent) playing oldies @ 0925. Poor signal (24332).

6220: Mystery Radio with dance music @ 0930. SINPO 34333.

6269: Radio Rainbow heard playing rock music, including Green Day @ 1410. One of the few signals audible here on 48m at this time. SINPO 34433.

6276: Laser Hot Hits heard @ 1515 with Stewart Ross playing music from the 1980s. SINPO 34433.

6280: Radio Scirocco playing 60s music and giving out hotline number. SINPO 33333.

6285: Radio Blackbird @ 1100 with schlager, some splash from 6290. SINPO 33433.

6290: Radio Mazda @ 0910 with schlager. God signal but some utility QRM. SINPO 43433.

6295: Radio Northpole playing music from the 60s and 70s. SINPO 33433.

6299: Radio Romeo Echo with oldies and instrumental music, IDs and email address @ 1557. Fair signal. SINPO 34433.

6306: Radio Doctor Tim (tent) @ 1725. Schlager heard but weak signal so couldn't clearly ID although caught mention of "Dr Tim." SINPO 24332.

6310: Free Radio Holland heard with schlager and ID @ 1015. SINPO 33333.

6320: Lycos Radio with schlager @ 1210. SINPO 33433.

6324: Radio Waves Int with country music @ 0905. SINPO 34333.

6375: West Coast Radio playing "Stairway to Heaven" @ 0845. SINPO 34433. Also heard @ 1715 on same frequency. Reception very similar to this morning (SINPO 34333).

6400: Weekend Music Radio heard @ 0840 playing recordings of Irish radio plus Radio Norway's long-closed English service. Good signal but some fading. SINPO 44433.

6540: Radio Brigitte (tent) with schlager @ 1030. Weak signal (24332).

7490: Radio Borderhunter briefly heard @ 1200 with an excellent signal (45444) but by 1204 the signal had faded out completely!
