Hobart Radio relay appeal

Dear pirates,

I'm very concerned for this station's future after JRRI has stopped broadcasting our shows. The effort, time and money spent has been wasted when last year's shows were not aired.

I have had my mail I sent to JRRI returned with a note of "gone away", however if someone goes on holiday normally someone simply collects their mail.

It does not add up. Hobart Radio International needs a station that is willing to relay content as we have no one.

Spider Radio in Greece said they are airing one show we have, the DX Extra, however they have not replied to my follow-up email.

Can anybody please help? This station cannot continue if we cannot get our programme on air.

In the past we tend to post CDs per 2 months or per month however recently a couple of stations have preferred to download shows from the website and relay them that way.

Unfortunately it is precarious to do broadcasting in Australia as the authorities easily will catch anyone who tries, and a licence to do community broadcasting is $3,000.

Cheers,
Robb Wise,
Manager.
