6991: Radio Bank 69 (tent) from Hungary. Very weak music heard just above the noise level. Heard @ 2152 with Cornershop "Brimfull of Asha." SINPO 24332.
I think he was using 10W but plans to double the power to 20W. It took a few days monitoring the frequency to hear anything. Most days it was just noise but on Monday I hear enough music to make a recording and send it off!
