    Also on Tuesday heard via various SDRs: Dutch MW pirate on 1621 kHz at 1315 UTC. Nicely modulated polka and schlager music and announcements, but name of station not caught. Off at 1331UTC.

    3200 kHz - Russian "hooligan" station playing lively traditional dances at 1608 UTC. Broadcast continued for around half an hour.
