Radio Ijsvogel eQSL

 An eQSL received from Radio Ijsvogel (Kingfisher). He uses 200 watts in to a longwire antenna. I heard him heard on Thursday at 2049 UTC on 1646 kHz. Many thanks for the great QSL.
