    Radio Skywave was the name of a shortwave free radio station (from Britain I think) in 1986-87. I guess this is a new station rather than a reactivation of the former operation.

      Madeira listed on 1530 using 3kW, 1539 has the UAE with 100 kW. We can see how clear 1539 is tonight. I found this info on the MW List which lists stations, transmitter power and broadcast times:
