Hi Paul Tony IMR the permanent carrier on 6960 is atlantic radio,he is away at the moment back later this year working abroad in Canada,.

Thanks for that info, Tony. It seems strange to go away and just leave a carrier on. I guess it must be to hold onto the frequency for when he gets back.
