With respect… A MW report can’t really be accurate, at 20.00 utc unless you are a power house station.. This obviously depends upon whether the author is looking for ground wave or sky wave signals.. Again I respect that the author doesn’t have all night to gather reports.. The sunset here in the uk is 21.30 BST (20.30) UTC so a report at 20.00utc will be ground wave.. So depending on where the author is listening makes the Sinpo given very good unless the author is in the immediate vicinity of the ground wave..
maybe publish what SDR it was heard on. As for SINPOs, in this age of SDRs, are they really as important as they once may have been?
Earlier logs
1611 kHz at 1244 UTC. Studio Atlantic. Old easy listening tunes. Strong signal on Twente SDR.
3164.5 kHz at 1938 UTC. Russian "hooligan" station with Russian pop music. Lengthy broadcast on Tambov SDR.
