Couple of things also heard on the free / unlicensed radio waves on Friday night:
3083.50 kHz at 2050 UTC - Russian "hooligan" station playing traditional / folk dances with a distorted audio. [Many of the radio "hooligans" / pirate HF hams on 3 MHz have distorted audio].
3460 kHz USB at 2043 UTC - French freebanders playing Francophone pop music.
4625 kHz USB at 2040 UTC - A busy night for Ukrainian pirate operators, jamming the Russian military "buzzer" frequency with pop / pop-dance music.
