QSL received from low power Dutch station, Station QRP, using just 8 watts. In his reply he said: "QRP is all about propagation, timing and antenna basics. In comparison to Dutch powerhouses I find it very challenging to reach as far as possible. Plus I live in a highly populated area so I must be very careful not causing interference…" Thanks for the QSL.
