Did you know Dance Wave was on such an unusual frequency or come across it quite by chance?
Dance Wave had announced in the pirate chat (https://xat.com/PirateRadio2011) he was testing on 4990. He often broadcasts on frequencies in the tropical band .... quite a few clear channels there these days!
