North American pirate Mix Radio International sent me this eQSL for reception on 13571U kHz. He is one of the most active US pirates, popping up all the shortwave spectrum. MRI can often be heard in Europe (especially on the higher frequencies).
Last Sunday he was broadcasting on 12140U kHz, where he was also logged in Ukraine. The signal was also picked up on an Kiwi SDR in Ireland.
