On the new SDR covering the Russian pirate / ‘radio hooligan’ / freebander band around 3 MHz, several stations playing music rather than just the usual CQs. On 2985 kHz, dance music, with occasional announcements in Russian noted at 18.30 UTC. On 3038 kHz, Russian pop music, with a signal fading in and out. The audio on both these pirate stations was good with a lot of depth.
