What’s all this on 6290khz? Why on earth would a clog tapper fire up on top of WMR on the same frequency. It’s quite obvious they were already on that frequency. No consideration for anyone those lot over there.

Somethings never change. They are a waste of space!

Who are a waste of space?

Those, normally Dutch, who crash on top of stations. There is no excuse as SDRs can be used to check frequencies.

Lots of illegal activity tonight from French freebanders on 6650 kHz LSB, 6655 kHz LSB and 6660 kHz LSB. Music being given an airing on all three channels: Jazz on 6650, French chaunteuse singing on 6655 and reggae on 6660. Conversation also busy on all three channels.

On the Russian 3 MHz "hooligan" band, dozens of illegal operators mid evening. Music programmes on 2980 kHz, (Russian pop), and 3152 kHz (traditional Russian dances). Modulation in AM was extremely good.

Laser Hot Hits was on 6235 kHz with a man and a woman presenting at 22:15 British Time. A nice change to hear several presenters sharing the mic.

Radio Sparkenbeurgh (spelling?), Dutch medium wave pirate with a great signal on 1647 kHz from around 23:00 Dutch time. Great modulation, with music by the Small Faces, polkas, country rock.

Radio Monte Carlo on 1657 kHz. Dutch medium wave pirate from midnight Dutch time, playing Dutch pop records from the seventies and eighties, some synthpop and making a few announcements.

Radio Noordzee on 1654 kHz with a report for Monte Carlo after the latter switched off. Heard at 00:23 Dutch time.

Dutch medium wave pirates heard after midnight were weak signals on 1618 kHz and on 1636 kHz. Both announced but I did not catch names. For a while, 1636 kHz was saying hello in English to a UK listener.

It happens to Radio Pamela too being wiped out or causing audio trouble by Dutch Stations that never check the frequency, as you said there are plenty on online SDRs to see if frequency is clear

allways check that the frequency is clear.is a well known song.yet they still hop on a used freq. why do you do it. ?
