I heard Blackbeard on just about every SDR in the uk and nearly every SDR in Ireland North and South.. Also on Twente SDR in the Netherlands
Also heard on the Tambov SDR, 2974 kHz at 1919 UTC, Russian "radio hooligan!" playing rock music. Strong signal and good modulation. Lengthy broadcast.
