Were you on MW last Saturday on 648?? Non stop music heard 1548, 22/11 through the night past 0800........ Some classics ...Dexys, Marilion, Frankie, as well as Juice Newton....

No sorry Anonymous it's not us, our MW TX is currently being rebuilt as we cooked its low pass filer pushing the RF carrier power to 150W, we should be back on mid week, most of the upper MW channels seems to be in use most days even our old 1530 is in use, we will be looking for a free MW channel some where?
You could look at 1206 or 1233
A cooked low pass filter! Was it a Vintronics rig ?
Nope it's our own design a class D/E with a PWM modulator, same as our SW TX.
Thats the way to do it. Looking forward to hearing you on MW.
Thanks, It was designed to all run from a 12dc supply, the higher voltage for the PWM is a Chinese 40A 65V adj DC Booster PSU.
