MCB radio on 846. Licensed for100 watts ERP. :) And pigs can
Radio WDR on 5800 kHz and Radio 210 Golden Oldies on 5840 kHz both heard with clear signals and mice, bright modulation in Bristol, West of England, on a TECSUN portable digital receiver with a telescopic whip antenna. Also noted were LPAM legals on 6130 (Radio Europe NL), 6070 (Channel 292) and 6160 (Shortwave Radio). The latter was relaying Weekend Music Radio.
A correction, the 100W (PEP) is 100W (PEP) coming 'out of the transmitter', as distinct to ERP (Effective Radiated Power) . So one cannot legally increase the transmitter output power over 100W PEP 'to make up' for a less than optimum efficiency antenna
