Radio Balconia is normally heard among the Dutch pirates on medium wave. But yesterday I picked him up on shortwave, using just eight watts. He sent some images of his antenna and studio and this eQSL.
Many thanks.
An eQSL from Radio Professor Sickbock. In an email the operator said he uses a 3000 watt Greek transmitter, usually running at 2000 watts with an inverted L antenna. He also sent some photos of his studio. Many thanks.
An eQSL received from Studio 29 who I heard on 5880 kHz on Thursday. He was using low power of 1.5 to 2 watts but hopes to increase power to 20W. Address is studio29shortwave@gmail.com
Many thanks!
A couple of eQSLs received recently - Radio Magdalena from Germany and Premier Radio International, who will be 50 years old next year!
Many thanks.
Radio Augusta sent me an eQSL for its shortwave broadcast via Radio Onda's transmitter in Luxembourg on 6140 kHz. The station can be heard daily between 1800-1900 UTC with a good signal. The station used to broadcast via a relay in Belgium on 1611 kHz until this was taken off the air last year by the Belgian authorities.
Many thanks for the eQSL.
