6265: KBC via Lithuania @ 2155 with a very strong signal - S9+30dB, with the Wolfman Jack Show. It seems the daily broadcasts are now 2130-2230UTC, except nobody knew. I did tune in last night just before 2230UTC and heard the KBC theme tune then dead air and thought they were having technical problems. Seems that was the end of the broadcast! Tonight's SINPO 55544.

Merry Christmas
I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year.Many thanks for all your support for this blog over the past year. It has been a good year for free radio with plenty of activity on 48 metres (and elsewhere) keeping things interesting.
Nice to hear Laser back to 24 hour operation (even though propagation has not been too kind) and some great programmes from Weekend Music Radio.
The Dutch stations always there to keep us entertained and keeping the free radio flag flying.
I wonder what 2008 will bring?
