6140: MV Baltic Radio via Wertachtal signing on @ 1300 then playing Robert Palmer "Addicted to Love." SINPO 45544.

6220: Mystery Radio playing "Oops Upside Your Head" @ 0855. SINPO 34433.

6266: Unid station playing rock music @ 1100, off a few minutes later with no IDs. SINPO 43433.

6271: Radio Zodiac heard @ 1035 with fair-good signal playing the song "Rock N Roll Music," giving out hotline, using 100W. SINPO 34433.

6295: Radio Shadowman with a strong signal @ 1010, playing dance music. SINPO 44444.

6300: Radio Black Power @ 1200 playing rock and dance music. Good signal. SINPO 44433.

6300: Radio Sallandse Boer in QSO with Black Power @ 1235. SINPO 34333. Also thought I heard West Coast in there as well on 6302.

6305: Radio Bonofox playing polka @ 1405, wishing listeners a happy New Year. Fair signal on a clear channel. SINPO 34433.

6307: Radio Royal with schlager @ 1020 but suffering QRM from station on 6308. SINPO 32432.

6308: Grenstad Radio playing polka but QRM from Radio Royal. SINPO 32432.

6311: Radio Barretina with relay of local programme in Catalan (?) @ 1600. Weak signal. SINPO 23332.

6325: Radio Waves Int with country music @ 1030. SINPO 34433.

6325: Radio Quintus playing song by ELO @ 1215. Co-channel QRM from weaker station - RWI? SINPO 33433.

6400: Weekend Music Radio with Andy Walker playing a Terry Jacks song @ 0930. Good signal - but couldn't hear WMR at all yesterday! SINPO 44444.

6524: Radio Ramona with rock music @ 1015. Fair signal. SINPO 34333.

6882: Pirate Music (tent) with Michael Jackson's "Beat It" @ 1710. Signal certainly seems stronger than when on 6878. SINPO 34333.

What is the point of Mystery Radio? They have no contacact details and no presenters. This is a waste of a frequency!

They do occasionally have live programmes presented by Chris Ise or Andy Walker and do sometimes relay other stations, ie Marabu, FRS Holland.

Yes, but most of the time there is little point and the music played is pretty bland.

I have heard it is run by someone in Italy trying to get a shortwave licence, but I don't know how true that is.
