At 7pm on Bank Holiday Monday 31st October 2016 the station – heard on 107.1FM in Dublin, 104.2FM in the North East, 87.7FM in the North West, 1494AM in Dublin and 6205SW across Ireland and the UK – will turn the TXs off.
RadioToday understands a number of legal stations in Dublin have been complaining about the station, campaigning for it to be closed down for fear of them taking revenue away.
The programme schedule, according to its website, includes Enda Caldwell at breakfast, Vinny S, Ronan Devitt, Louise Jordan, Ter Fitz and John Troy on Lates. Weekends included Greg James, Mark Byrne, Tracy Lee and Gary Cruz.
Non-Stop 90s has a purpose built studio and has built up a large following and profit since it started.

I believe the station is now applying for a license from the Irish authorities.
