Panda Radio eQSL

Panda Radio sent this great eQSL for a test transmission on Saturday. He was trying out different antennas but  found the 16m antenna was working best. His setup is 15w carrier (30%) about 50w PEP with usable SWR.  Thanks for the eQSL.
