Here in Bristol, conditions a bit poor, but coming in clearly on Bank Holiday Monday 1st May:
Laser Hot Hits on 6220 kHz
Radio Telstar on 6295 kHz
Also, 5820 kHz monitored and seemed to be modulated with music. Presumably Radio 319, but weak and disappearing in to a lot of noise here.
Of the legal "hobby" stations,
Radio Channel 292 on 6070 kHz, with German DX programme and light music
Radio Mi Amigo on 6085 kHz - sixties music and like 319, disappearing into noise at times.
Europe24 Radio on 6150 kHz, German rock music.

Didn't have much time to monitor on Sunday April 30th, but positively identified on the pirate bands were:
Radio 319 on 5820 kHz
Laser Hot Hits on 6220 kHz
Reflections Europe (religious "superpirate") on 6295 kHz
Not much activity on 186 metres on April 30th, when I checked, but Saturday 29th April was busy with several pirates identifying in Flemish and Dutch on frequencies between 1611 kHz and 1645 kHz.
