I know that it was not strictly "pirate", but Radio Mi Amigo International's high powered broadcast from a 100 kW installation in Uzbekistan was heard clearly in Bristol (UK) between 1800 and 2000 UTC. And for that matter, so was Radio Caroline North via Manx Radio on 1368 kHz, after sunset.
