One of the Russian pirates ("Radio Hooligans" to the Russian state authorities) was on 3075.00 kHz (Tula SDR) playing Russian pop music. Slight overmodulation, but a reasonably stable signal and interesting to hear this music. Heard from around 2215 UTC. No ident heard.
