On Saturday evening at 9.30pm UTC (12.30am Russian Time), music from one of the “Radio Hooligan” stations (to use the Russian government's nomenclature) on 2999 kHz. A selection of lively folk dances, but the modulation was quite high, meaning some overmodulation and break up of the signal. Tula SDR.
