2991.41 kHz at 11.15pm (UK Time). Russian radio “hooligan” station playing Depeche Mode, French pop music and later a cover version of Jennifer Rush's 1985 hit “The Power of Love”. Great modulation and fair signal. Most of the “hooligan” stations in CQ mode were further up the band on 3.1 MHz so there was no splatter to the music.
