I very much doubt that’s licensed. In fact, no way, not on that part of the SW spectrum.

hello pamela, sounds like your new tx is doin the job. what power is the new tx. yes ture to the above no licence. we love no licences on 48 m band.

6290 isn't licensed, only the Shortwave Gold relays on 6160/3975

Radio Pamela power is 11 watts dead carrier 18 watts just on modulation, transmitter freq been moved to 7706 khz, with luck back next week

Wherever 6290 is from, it puts out 1 hell of a good signal. Think that particular TX is a little more than 18 watts.

On the Dutch MW side, Radio Barones was also operating for a period with rock music on (if I recall rightly) - 1638 kHz. Apologies, I forgot to note the exact frequency. The station was around 9 or 10 khz down from Witte Tornado though. Barones closed with the usual sign off track "Gutten Nacht, Meine Freunden" (forgive my substandard German spelling).
