Noticed the Voice of Rubbish was on 6220 khz again. Signal was very weak, much like the material they broadcast.

Not a good frequency to use anyway as it has the Distress calling frequency a few khz down

They should stick to playing “Hot Hits”

'Voice of Rubbish' because you don't agree with the content? It's free radio, not everyone-must-sound-the-same radio..

Don’t agree with the content when I could hear it, but more so the fact that free pirate radio stations should avoid politics at all costs. There have been a few notable exceptions over the years, but generally the thinking is don’t go there!

Where does it say they should avoid this, that, or the other? Don't like it, don't list. Plenty of yawn-inducing stations to choose from instead.

You obviously haven’t been on the free radio scene very long.

Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which is often the motto for a lot of Free Radio stations states... "Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers."

Pirate operator manual rule 46b; Free radio operators should be sensible in not attracting the attention of the authorities to them or any other operator by broadcasting material that is likely to attract that attention.
