Radio Mexico from Germany is one of the most regular pirates at the moment with his own programmes plus relays of other stations like Radio 60 and Skyline Radio Germany. The station has been catching up on the backlog of reception reports. I've just received an eQL for a report sent in April. Many thanks!

I and others have been urging him to come up with a eQSL since he came on the air, and later when he started giving email address and urging reports. It was pretty frustrating explaining to him the significance of keeping QSLing alive!
