Heard on the Tambov SDR: 2997 kHz at 2055 UTC, Russian "radio hooligan" with a programme of rock music, putting in good modulation and good signal. The "hooligan / pirate" band around 3 MHz was busy with dozens of two way conversations in AM mode, but tonight 2997 was the only music broadcast noted.

Any recommendations on what settings to use as well?
